Club Wyndham Pagosa

Certainly the facilities are not brand new, but they are well maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect. The bed was surprisingly decent, with lots of light and great climate control system. We used the kitchen consistently and it was super convenient to have everything we needed in the kitchen. They provided dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, decent bakeware and knives. We called and asked for more towels, which they brought promptly. The Walmart was less than a mile away for any forgotten items and we were able to reheat leftovers very easily. BTW Thai Pagosa was amazing if you are looking for easy take out and you like Thai food -- super authentic and delicious and not overloaded with sugar like the Thai places in Denver.

The resort worked with us to get us an early check in as we arrived earlier than the 4 pm stated check in. Welcome event was very nice and included local beers! Residence was stocked with pans and dishes which came in handy for eating in. Space was well laid out and even had a porch with table and chairs that looked out onto the golf course and mountains beyond. Amenities were fantastic, got to play ping pong in the activity center and they even had the mini golf equipment out in January! Pagosa Springs had Winter Fest the weekend we visited and we got to see hot air balloons launch from the parking lot of the residence! So cool!

I've stayed in many places in Pagosa, and everything is now extremely over-priced (especially the price of "The Springs"). Wyndham is the only place that manages to stay reasonably-priced and it offers many extra facilities that others simply can't offer like: a swimming pool/hot tub/workout center, free mini-golf and an activity center. Another reason to consider this place is that if you go as a party with more than 4 people (e.g. 2 family units), you can actually find places where you can all stay together, but still have private spaces.

Always a fan of a kitchen on an extended stay. The views were exceptional, and (had it been warmer) I probably would've had breakfast out on the patio every day. The fitness center/pool is super nice and has plenty to offer year round. Location is pretty good as well. Located very close to the grocery store and several good, local restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed at Eagle's Loft, right on the water, and it had all the amenities we needed in a perfect location. The front desk was very helpful and recommended some great local restaurants and let us know about the free drinks and snacks while we waited for our loft to be ready. We made use of the grills and were able to eat right on the water. Finally, the fitness center was phenomenal and complete with a pool and hot tubs. Overall, it was a great location at a great price!
